These workshops are designed to focus on key concepts that we are all intereacting with.

Whether it be; reconnecting or staying connected to your family during COVID, keeping morale up with coworkers, trying to create structure for new types of social gatherings, or making steps to build self-awareness through challenging social and political topics.

Workshops will be a blend of Art Therapy, Yoga Therapy, breathing techniques, creative writing, and many other ways in which we can express ourselves and hear and see others more clearly.
