Yoga Therapy

Everyone experiences the body and mind differently and it is my hope to guide individuals into a deeper understanding and relationship with themselves.

Sessions are designed to help individuals living with specific conditions, challenges, and concerns such as; anxiety, depression, back pain, PTSD, insomnia, cancer support, and addiction to name a few.

Techniques that could be utitilized during a Yoga Therapy session are:

restoring postures

strength building exercises

breath work

meditation

visulizations

mantra work

Etc.

Yoga Therapy sessions will be remote at this time. Clients will not need to buy any new props or items for sessions but will be informed on ways to use everyday house hold items during their practice.

Billing: Fees for sessions will be discussed prior to sessions beginning- If financial aid is required please reach out to discuss sliding scale rates.

Cancellations: Sessions will need to be canceled with more than 24hrs notice in order to not be charged.
